Technical Service staff will review warranty service requests based on the age of the equipment and the equipment failure mode to determine if required repairs will be covered for payment under warranty. If BUNN determines repairs will be covered under warranty, BUNN Technical Service will dispatch an authorized BUNN Service Partner to your location to complete repairs.

Customers requiring service on BUNN commercial beverage equipment that does not fall under warranty may obtain service through BUNNserve Managed Service or by contacting a BUNN Service Partner directly.

BUNNserve Managed Service

BUNNserve Managed Service is available to holders of approved credit cards for repair of BUNN commercial beverage equipment. Repair services are offered at predetermined flat rate pricing based on the equipment model or at actual time and material charges plus a management fee.
