Every item we sell is 100% guaranteed. Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if the equipment has not been used. If you cancel your purchase for any reason within 30 days, we’ll refund your purchase price minus our shipping cost and applicable restocking charges. Order Cancellations 

All order cancellations must be made in writing. Please email us to cancel an order. If an order has already been shipped a restocking charge will be incurred. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Pricing

Prices are subject change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur at checkout due to computer errors. We are not responsible for these pricing errors and will notify the buyer immediately upon finding these errors.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible by UPS, FedEx or Motor Freight within the Continental U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and to have your order shipped within 48 hours of receiving it.

• Many orders go out the same day they are received!
• Please provide a valid street address for delivery. 
• UPS or FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• We also offer 2 and 3 Day Express within the Continental U.S. All orders are sent insured.
• Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (defined as Monday through Friday, excepting holidays).
• If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days from the receipt of your order and given an opportunity to either change or cancel your order.
• In order to better provide you with this enhanced service, Coffee Espresso Pro.com requests that customers re-verify all product numbers, order quantities, and ship-to addresses before submitting orders.
• Orders for immediate shipment cannot be changed once they are entered into the ordering system.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart using the integrated UPS shipping calculator and are based on the items in the shopping cart, weight and shipping destination.
• Please Note: The shopping cart will not calculate Shipping Rates for orders over 150 lbs. For orders weighing over 150 lbs, the shipping cost will be calculated by our shipping department and added to the total of the order. Please call us directly with your order: 1-800-464-6124 (toll free).

Shipping Time

• The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year.
• Customers should expect around a 3-6 business day delivery time.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage.

Shortages & Errors

• Claims for shortages and errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of merchandise.

Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer without any charge to you according to the terms of the warranty. The warranty on BUNN beverage equipment covers any defects in the equipment for two years on parts and one year on labor from the date of installation.

• The warranty also covers electronic circuit and/or control Boards for three years on parts and labor, compressor on refrigeration for five years and one year on labor, and the grinding burrs for three years or 30,000 pounds of coffee, whichever comes first.
